We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage key human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, training and development, policy implementation, compliance, and workforce management. The ideal candidate should have strong HR leadership skills and experience in managing HR functions within an IT Services, Software Development, or Technology Consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Staffing:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Monitor recruitment performance and ensure hiring targets are achieved.

Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive, productive, and supportive work environment.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.

Organize employee engagement, recognition, and team-building initiatives.

Promote company culture and employee well-being initiatives.

Support employee retention and engagement strategies.

Performance Management Drive performance appraisal and goal-setting processes.

Support managers in employee development and performance improvement plans.

Monitor employee productivity, performance, and retention metrics.

Ensure performance management processes are completed effectively and on time.

HR Operations Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Ensure smooth execution of attendance, leave, and HRIS processes.

Coordinate with payroll teams and support benefits administration.

Ensure HR operations are carried out efficiently and accurately.

Training & Development Identify employee training and development needs.

Organize learning and development programs.





Conduct induction and orientation programs for current employees.

Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

HR Policies & Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.

Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Maintain statutory compliance and ensure audit readiness.

Monitor HR processes to ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements.

Education Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience 5–10 years of HR experience.

Experience In An IT Services Company Is Preferred. Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

HR Knowledge Strong understanding of talent acquisition and workforce management.

Good knowledge of employee relations and performance management.

Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and HR operations.

Technical Skills Experience with HRMS and ATS platforms.
