ROLE PURPOSE The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and executing organization's visual language across digital and physical marketing channels. The role requires strong creative thinking, brand understanding, and the ability to develop distinctive design concepts that go beyond conventional real estate marketing.

The role will work closely with the Marketing Strategist and Brand Copywriter to develop integrated campaigns where creative, copy, and strategy come together from the concept stage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExternal Marketing Design

- Campaign and Launch Design

Design end-to-end visual systems for real estate project launches, including brochures, hoardings, digital creatives, sales collateral, site branding, walkthroughs, and renders.

Translate brand strategy and creative concepts into distinctive and consistent visual executions across multiple formats and channels.

Develop innovative and category-differentiating campaign concepts in collaboration with the Marketing Strategist and Brand Copywriter.

Own the visual design and creative execution for major marketing campaigns and project launches.

Digital and Performance Design

- Design high-quality static and motion creatives for paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns.
- Develop and maintain design templates and systems that enable the performance marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Digital and Performance Marketing teams on creative testing and optimization.
- Use campaign performance indicators such as CTR and CPL to understand and improve creative direction.

Physical and On-Ground Design

- Design site branding, sales lounge experiences, signage, hoardings, exhibition booths, and channel partner collateral.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across digital platforms and physical project sites.
- Support creative requirements for events, activations, installations, and marketing initiatives.

Brand Governance and Internal Design





- Maintain and evolve Goyal Realty's visual identity across logo usage, typography, colour, imagery, and overall design language.
- Ensure consistency of the visual identity across different projects, sub-brands, agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
- Build and manage scalable design template libraries.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design documentation.
- Review creative outputs from agencies and freelancers and act as the design quality gatekeeper.
- Support HR and leadership teams with internal creative requirements for onboarding, employee recognition, culture initiatives, and internal communication.

CANDIDATE PROFILEMust-Have Requirements

- 5-8 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a senior or lead design role.
- Experience in an agency, D2C brand, real estate developer, or similar marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and physical design capabilities.
- Experience designing for social media, websites, performance marketing, print, signage, exhibitions, and site branding.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Working knowledge of After Effects or basic motion design is an advantage.
- Ability to translate brand strategy and copy into original and distinctive visual concepts.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to challenge conventional design approaches.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, briefs, and stakeholder inputs simultaneously.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, particularly during real estate project launches.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in real estate, luxury, premium, or other high-consideration categories.
- Experience working with real estate developers or property brands.
- Exposure to AR, VR, 3D visualization, or immersive site experience design.
- Experience in motion graphics, reels editing, or short-form video production.
- Experience developing brand guidelines and design systems from scratch.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior designers, freelancers, or external creative agencies.
