Your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from conceptualisation and design execution to team management and project leadership. Here's a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities:

1.Creative Leadership:

- Lead the conceptualisation and ideation process for design projects,



bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table
- Take ownership of design projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations
- Mentor and train junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development
- Lead by example, demonstrating creativity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

2.Design Expertise:

- Develop brand identities, branding, and marketing collaterals that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand positioning
- Create visually compelling packaging designs that stand out on shelves and effectively communicate brand values and product features
- Design engaging social media creatives that drive user engagement, increase brand visibility, and support marketing objectives
- Demonstrate excellence in problem-solving, understanding the use case of design, and adapting design solutions to meet diverse client needs and challenges.

3.Project Management:
