Role Overview

Digol™ Technologies is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with a proven background in the Digital, Tech, and Agency ecosystem . In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-conversion marketing creatives, SaaS/tech brand identities, modern UI-aligned visual assets, and high-impact pitch decks. You will also oversee design quality standards and mentor junior designers to ensure consistent, premium aesthetic output.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital & Tech Brand Design: Develop visual identities, brand systems, typography guidelines, and marketing collateral tailored for tech startups, SaaS products, IT solutions, and modern digital brands.
- Performance & Social Media Creatives: Create high-CTR ad creatives for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, along with structured carousel posts, infographics, and engaging social media assets.
- UI/Web Visual Alignment: Collaborate with the tech and web development teams to design clean website banners, vector illustrations, iconography, and feature-explainer graphics.
- Corporate & Sales Decks: Design polished, modern pitch decks, client proposals, product one-pagers, and case-study presentations.




- Mentorship & Quality Control: Review deliverables from junior design team members, provide constructive design critiques, and maintain brand consistency across all accounts.
- Asset & Workflow Management: Organize editable design files, asset libraries, design tokens, and export production-ready assets following agency naming conventions.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 3–5+ years of dedicated graphic design experience, with mandatory experience working on digital marketing, SaaS, tech, or agency client accounts.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma. Working familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion posters/GIFs is a solid plus.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, modern corporate typography, color theory, layout balance, and responsive design guidelines.
- Speed & Reliability: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-client design pipelines, handle rapid revisions, and meet daily delivery schedules without quality drops.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to understand technical project briefs and explain design decisions.
- Portfolio: A live portfolio showcasing corporate brand identities, tech/SaaS promotional materials, performance ad designs, and social media campaigns.
