Position Summary

Do you want to own and shape all the elements of a great game: its setting, structure, rules, story flow, characters, interface design, and modes of play? Requirements

What’s required of you • Design, balance and analyse recent and existing features

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, artists and engineers to create a fun gaming experience

- Communicate designs to key stakeholders
- Create and maintain game documentation

• Build and improve tools to make the design pipeline faster and more efficient for the team





• Own, drive, and communicate the vision for major design initiatives

- Recruit and train designers for your initiatives

• Organize and conduct playtests to get feedback for new feature prototypes

What we are loo​king for

• 4-6 years of experience in game design with 2 shipped title on mobile

- Understanding of casual games

• Experience with game systems design and balancing for casual games
- Passion for video games, including mobile games
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Storytelling and narrative development skills

• Understanding of all processes involved in game production

• Strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of teamwork
