Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build scalable, high-performance applications and AI-integrated products.

You will work closely with Product Managers/ Business Analysts, UX Experts, AI Engineers, and clients. This is primarily an individual contributor role

, with expectations around technical ownership, client communication, and guidance to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in client discussions to understand requirements and explain technical approaches, trade-offs, and risks.
- Design clean, testable, maintainable, and efficient software.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, AI, and Engineering teams.
- Build high-quality, scalable web applications and backend services.
- Develop APIs, integrations, database models, and application workflows.
- Integrate applications with AI/LLM services where required.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Contribute to system design and technical decision-making.
- Review code and guide junior developers when needed.
- Ensure good engineering practices across testing, deployment, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Full Stack Engineering

- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js .

- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript ( Python also good to have)

- Experience designing REST APIs, backend services, authentication/authorization, and third-party integrations .

Database & ORM

- Strong knowledge of SQL/ NoSQL databases and database design .

- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent relational databases .

- Hands-on experience with ORMs such as Prisma, Sequelize, SQLAlchemy, or equivalent .





- Good understanding of schema design, relationships, migrations, transactions, indexing, and query optimization .

System Design & Cloud

- Good understanding of system design and scalable application architecture .

- Knowledge of service boundaries, caching, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP .

- Experience with Firebase, Supabase, or similar backend platforms .

Engineering Practices

- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments .

- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and API testing .

- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms .

AI & Modern Development

- Working knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM APIs .

- Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI-integrated applications .

- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Antigravity, or similar tools .

Communication & Attitude:

- Strong client communication skills, with experience interacting directly with American and/or European clients .

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders .

- Strong spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to take ownership and independently solve technical challenges.

Required Background:

- B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of software development experience .

- Strong hands-on experience building production-grade applications.
