We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Controller to join our growing team at Formula Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting & MIS
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow & working capital management
- GST, TDS & statutory compliance
- Credit control & receivables management
- Internal controls and audit coordination
- ERP/finance automation and process improvement
- Partnering with business leaders to drive profitability
Who We're Looking For:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 10–15 years of relevant finance experience
- Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial controls
- Experience in multi-location service organizations will be an advantage
- Hands-on leader with strong analytical and business partnering skills
