GSM Doors is seeking an experienced Senior Factory Supervisor to manage factory production operations and ensure smooth manufacturing of doors, modular kitchens, and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily factory production and manufacturing activities.
- Manage production teams and allocate work efficiently.
- Handle and coordinate factory labour and workers.
- Operate and supervise doors and modular kitchen machinery.
- Ensure proper machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Monitor production quality, timelines, and material usage.
- Coordinate with the production and management teams to meet targets.
- Identify production issues and ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth workflow within the factory.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant factory supervision experience.




- Strong knowledge of door and modular kitchen machinery.
- Good understanding of factory production processes.
- Robust team handling and labour management skills.
- Good production supervision and machine handling knowledge.
- Ability to manage production targets and maintain quality standards.

Salary: ₹35,000+ per month, based on experience and skills.
