Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive Purchase role based in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, and other supplies required for patisserie operations.

Responsibilities include vendor identification and evaluation, price negotiations, purchase order creation, and ensuring timely delivery to production and retail outlets.

The Senior Executive

Purchase will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with production, quality, and finance teams, and maintain accurate purchasing records and reports. The role also includes supporting cost optimization initiatives,



ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the reliability and consistency of the supply chain.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong procurement and vendor management skills, including experience in sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Candidates should possess supply chain and inventory management skills, with the ability to track stock levels, plan purchases, and prevent shortages or overstock.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel or similar tools, and the ability to prepare and interpret purchase-related reports.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production, quality, finance, and external suppliers.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with food or FMCG industry standards, including basic knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in purchasing or supply chain roles, ideally in food, bakery, or retail environments, will be an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
