We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Artist with 3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in production design, working with both digital and print assets, ensuring all creative materials are finalized and prepared for production. You will play a key role in ensuring that designs are executed to the highest standards, meeting both creative vision and technical specifications across various mediums.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field

Primary Skill:

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 3 years of professional experience in a production artist or graphic design role, with a portfolio that showcases your work in both print and digital mediums.

Design Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign,



for producing and editing design assets.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when it comes to ensuring design accuracy, color consistency, and file formatting.

File Preparation & Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of file preparation for both print (CMYK, bleed, resolution) and digital (RGB, resolution, file optimization) platforms.

Typography & Layout: Strong knowledge of typography and layout principles, ensuring the correct application of design standards across different formats.

Time Management & Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, receiving and incorporating feedback, while also contributing to team success.

Problem Solving: Robust troubleshooting skills to resolve production issues related to file formats, colors, resolution, and output.

Required Application Experience:

Adobe Creative Suite: Extensive experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for designing and preparing files for production.

Pre-Press & Print Production: Familiarity with preparing files for print production, including working with print vendors and understanding print specifications (e.g., bleeds, resolution, color modes).

Digital Asset Preparation: Experience preparing web and digital assets for online platforms, ensuring proper optimization for various devices and file sizes.

File Management & Organization: Experience in managing digital assets, organizing files, and ensuring proper delivery of production-ready materials.

Proofing & Quality Control: Experience in proofing designs for accuracy and quality, ensuring that final assets are error-free and meet the required specifications.
