- Explore machine feasibility against required specification with Design calculation,



process standards and Prepare assembly and part design / drawing.
- Ensure product design / drawings are released in conformity with technical specification and design standards.
- Generate BOM, Drawing, Schedules of the Machine to Optimise of Finance, Manpower and Store Resources.
- Opmize the designs, manufacturing process / impart value addi on by lean manufacturing techniques
- Optimize & regulate the old stocks / high value inventories & utilize it in some dedicated automated solutions
- Design & prepare plant/equipment layouts within budgeted timeline and cost parameters
- Implement past machine feedbacks, MPI's in current design Implement design & drawing standards (JIS/BS/ISO) for seamless manufacturing and assembly of machine
- Coordinate with the customers and identify / prepare process/equipment gaps & implement solutions
