We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and support core HR functions including recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess robust interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to support organizational growth through effective people management strategies.

- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments Act, and Minimum Wages Act.
- Handle statutory registrations, filings, returns, and maintain compliance with due dates for PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and related requirements
- Manage statutory compliance, registrations, and renewals for Factory License, Fire NOC, Pollution Control Board approvals, and other regulatory requirements.
- Support labour law audits, inspections, notices, and maintain all statutory records, registers, and documentation.
- Possess strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws/Labour Codes, payroll compliance, statutory compliances, and audit management.
