Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative.
- Fluent English Communication, Convincing Skills require.
- Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
- Experienced in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition will be preferred.
