- Cloudstore Retail Private Limited is hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for the position of Senior Executive – Finance &
- Accounts. The role will be responsible for overseeing the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, effective financial controls, and timely financial insights for management decision-making.

- This position is exclusively for Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) with relevant experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting &

- Financial Reporting:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.

- Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports.

Taxation &

- Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable taxation matters.

- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of proper documentation.

- Monitor changes in applicable regulations and ensure necessary compliance actions.

Audit &

- Compliance

- Lead and coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.

- Provide accurate and timely financial data, schedules, documents, and supporting information required for audits.

- Strengthen financial governance and ensure adherence to internal policies and controls.

Cash Flow &

- Working Capital Management

- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.





- Identify opportunities to improve cash flow and optimize working capital.

- Monitor financial commitments and ensure effective utilization of funds.

MIS &

- Management Reporting

- Prepare and present MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analysis.

- Analyze business performance and provide meaningful financial insights to management.

- Develop a strong understanding of the company's financial position, profitability, cost structure, and key business drivers.

- Highlight significant financial trends, risks, deviations, and opportunities.

Financial Analysis &

- Business Support

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Support management in strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.

- Provide actionable recommendations based on financial performance and business requirements.

- Clearly communicate the company's financial position and performance to management.

Internal Controls &

- Process Improvement

- Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.

- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure appropriate financial checks and controls are maintained across business operations.

Team Management

- Manage, guide, and support the Finance &
- Accounts team.

- Allocate responsibilities and monitor the team's performance.





- Ensure timely completion of accounting, reporting, compliance, and finance-related activities.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with banks regarding banking and financial matters.

- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

- Maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualification

Job Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience

- Relevant experience in finance, accounting, taxation, financial reporting, audit, and statutory compliance.

Functional Requirements

- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.

- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

- Experience in financial closing, reconciliations, and audit coordination.

- Knowledge of cash flow, working capital, budgeting, and financial planning.

- Ability to prepare and analyze MIS reports and financial statements.

- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights.

- Strong understanding of internal controls and process improvement.

- Ability to manage and guide a Finance &
- Accounts team.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
