nJob Description – Billing & Planning Engineer
nExperience – 8-10 years (7 years into railway projects)
nctc range- 5.4- 8.5 Lpa (depends on Interview )
nWorking Days- 6 days

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Preparation, verification and timely submission of client bills and subcontractor-related billing documents.n
- Ensure regular follow-up and coordination with clients for timely certification and processing of bills.n
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams for work progress, measurements, billing inputs and required documentation.n
- Prepare project plans, schedules and monitor project progress against planned targets.n
- Ensure proper planning and tracking of project activities, resources and timelines.n
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), MIS reports, progress reports and other project-related records.n
- Regularly collect and consolidate site data for billing, planning and management reporting.n
- Monitor project progress,



identify delays and coordinate with concerned teams for corrective actions.n
- Support management with accurate project status updates, billing status and planning reports.n
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to billing, project progress and planning.n

nCandidate Requirements:

- n
- Relevant experience in Billing and Planning for Railway Projects is mandatory.n
- Valuable knowledge of client billing, subcontractor coordination and project documentation.n
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.n
- Strong knowledge of DPR, progress reports, MIS and project tracking.n
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.n
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.n
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, site teams and management.n
- Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant planning/rep
