Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding corporate, educational, and social event bookings for Jewel Banquet Hall. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and venue tours, preparing proposals and pricing, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company guidelines.



The Business Development Manager collaborates with operations and event teams to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and delivered, and monitors market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, tracking performance against targets, and reporting on pipeline, revenue, and key business metrics.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management, with the ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
Experience in sales strategy, pipeline management, and contract negotiation, ideally within hospitality, events, or education management sectors.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to manage data, prepare proposals, and report on performance.
