We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant (10+ years) with solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery management, credit management, configuration, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support end-to-end O2C processes.
Configure and support sales orders, deliveries, pricing, and billing.
Gather business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions.
Support customer master data, shipping, and credit management processes.
Collaborate with MM, FI, and other cross-functional teams.
Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
Participate in SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production support activities.
Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user training materials.
