Role Description The Senior Executive – Audit will be responsible for planning and executing external audit engagements, performing detailed testing of financial records, evaluating internal controls, and preparing audit documentation for clients across various industries.

The role involves identifying audit risk areas, preparing working papers,



reviewing financial information, ensuring compliance with applicable auditing and accounting standards, and coordinating with clients and audit team members. The candidate will also contribute to preparing audit reports and providing recommendations to improve client processes.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi/ Calicut.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of relevant experience in external/statutory audit is mandatory.

CA Intermediate pursuing candidates or ACCA Affiliates are preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Hands-on experience in external audit procedures, substantive testing, vouching, verification, and financial statement review.

Ability to identify audit risks and evaluate internal controls.

Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant audit/accounting software.

Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple audit assignments and meet deadlines.

- Prior experience with an audit/consulting firm will be an added advantage.
