Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Alumni Relations to build strong relationships with our alumni community, drive engagement, and create opportunities for networking, mentorship, referrals, and career support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with alumni across programs and batches.
- Plan and execute alumni engagement activities, events, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Drive alumni participation through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain an accurate alumni database/CRM.
- Develop alumni initiatives such as mentorship, referrals, industry connects, and ambassador programs.
- Identify and share alumni success stories and testimonials with the marketing team.
- Collaborate with Learner Success, Career Services,



Marketing, and Academic teams.
- Track alumni engagement, participation, referrals, and other key metrics.
- Collect alumni feedback and identify opportunities to improve engagement.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in Alumni Relations, Community Management, Student/Learner Engagement, Customer Success, or EdTech.
- Prior experience in an EdTech or education setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong event coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused.
