We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to supervise and manage execution of civil and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, planning, quality control, quantity verification, manpower management and coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day execution of civil construction and infrastructure works.
- Plan and monitor site activities as per project schedule and drawings.
- Handle works related to roads, highways, bridges, dams, canals, railway infrastructure, earthwork, excavation, RCC and other civil works.
- Read and understand civil/structural drawings, BOQs and specifications.
- Check quantities and measurements of executed work.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
- Monitor manpower, machinery and material requirements at site.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications and required quality standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site records.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
- Coordinate with billing and accounts teams for measurements and work certification.
- Monitor safety practices and ensure safe execution of site activities.
- Travel to different project sites across Maharashtra as required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements and billing.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction materials, machinery and methods.
- Good leadership and site-management skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel within Maharashtra.
