- Experience managing large-scale network environments Firewalls:
- - Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint Load Balancers:
- - Experience with F5, A10, Citrix NetScaler or similar technologies Responsibilities:
- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancers
- Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting and escalation handling for complex network incidents
- Participate in network design, implementation, and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to resolve network issues




- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and incident management processes
- Maintain proper technical documentation and knowledge base updates
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Qualifications - Strong hands-on expertise in Routing & Switching, Firewalls, and Load Balancers
- Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments Required Skills - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in collaborative and fast-paced environments Preferred Skills - Certifications (Preferred)
- Cisco CCNP / CCNA
