About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can independently design, build and operate production software. The role is backend-heavy, with responsibility for scalable APIs, distributed services, data platforms and selected frontend modules. You will also strengthen engineering standards and support the growth of other team members.

Key responsibilities

- Own the design and delivery of software modules and features end to end.

- Build scalable backend services and well-defined REST APIs.

- Develop and maintain reusable frontend components where required.

- Design data models and work with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Write unit and integration tests and improve delivery automation.

- Review code and maintain engineering and security standards.

- Diagnose production issues, improve reliability and plan for scale.

- Mentor engineers through design reviews, pairing and constructive feedback.

- Own features independently from technical design through production support.

- Make pragmatic system-design decisions and explain trade-offs clearly.

- Deliver secure, observable and maintainable services.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues methodically.

- Raise team quality through reviews, documentation and mentoring.

Required skills

- Strong system-design and backend engineering skills.

- Skilled experience with Go or Java.

- REST API design and service integration.

- SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Distributed systems fundamentals.

- Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Redis and Elasticsearch.

- Git, automated testing, CI/CD and cloud fundamentals.

Good to have

- Node.js.

- Docker and Kubernetes.

- AWS.

- Performance testing and profiling.

- Application security fundamentals.
