- Project Planning & Executionn
- Well versed with planning tool and software.n
- Hands on experience on project planning and tracking modules and softwaren
- To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors.n
- To advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and collar coordination.n
- Handling multiple projects at a time.n
- Should have knowledge of BOQn
- Monitoring other project in-charge.n
- Delegating work to the Project in-chargesn
- To monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items.n
- To monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site.n
- Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget.n

- BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering/ Architect/ MBA in project management is a mustn
- This position requires detail orientation, a process driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.n
- A project management qualified with minimum 3+ years of experience in the office Interior fit out industry.n
- Having relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.n
- Having the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.n
