Role : We are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead PLM and Digital Engineering transformation initiatives for a leading industrial manufacturing enterprise. This is a high-visibility delivery leadership role at the intersection of engineering processes, product data, enterprise systems, and AI-driven digital capabilities. The right candidate will bring strong Siemens Teamcenter experience alongside the consultative ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide adoption.

This is not a Teamcenter support or administration role — we need a transformation leader who can connect Engineering, R&D;, Manufacturing, and future AI initiatives into a coherent program.
