Job Title: Director Experience: 14+ years Location: Greater Noida We at Coforge are hiring Director-Business Finance with the following skillset: Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting - Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlook processes.

- Prepare revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and operating profit forecasts.
- Drive monthly and quarterly reforecast exercises with business stakeholders.
- Develop business plans, growth scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.
- Track financial performance against budget and forecast.

Business Performance

Management - Analyze P&L; performance for service lines, geographies, accounts, and delivery units.

- Monitor key KPIs including: Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA, Utilization & Etc. Deal Pricing & Commercial Support - Support large deal reviews and commercial evaluations.
- Review pricing models, resource mix, and profitability assumptions.
- Analyze deal margins, investment requirements, and risk-return trade-offs.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams during bid response and pricing approvals.
- Ensure compliance with internal profitability thresholds.



Revenue & Margin Management - Monitor project-level and account-level profitability.
- Evaluate revenue leakage and margin erosion risks.
- Drive corrective actions on low-margin programs and strategic accounts.
- Review realization, billing efficiency, and delivery productivity metrics.

Financial

Analysis & Decision Support - Conduct variance analysis against Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.

- Provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Build financial models for strategic initiatives.
- Support business cases for investments, acquisitions, and transformation programs.
- Perform scenario analysis and what-if simulations.

Management

Reporting - Prepare monthly business review (MBR), quarterly business review (QBR), and board-level finance presentations.

- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting packs.
- Communicate financial risks and opportunities clearly to leadership teams.

Education - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
