About the Role

Senior leadership for the digital marketing function. Owns performance marketing, SEO, paid media, marketplace and app growth, marketing automation, funnel analytics, and the digital budget across D2C and B2B.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Marketing &
- Paid Media:

Manage paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google) and optimize for high return on ad spend (ROAS) and target customer acquisition cost (CAC).

- Organic Search &

- SEO:

Drive organic growth strategies through search engine optimization (SEO) across all digital channels.

- E-Commerce &

- Marketplace Growth:

Lead marketplace management and app growth initiatives to expand online presence.

- Automation &

- Funnel Analytics:

Implement marketing automation tools and analyze funnel conversion metrics to improve customer retention and revenue acquisition across D2C and B2B business segments.

- Budget Ownership &

- Strategy:

Maintain complete ownership over the digital marketing budget, allocation, and strategic direction.

- Team Leadership:



Mentor and lead the digital marketing team to achieve key performance indicators.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 8 + years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated team leadership.

- Core Skills: Strong background in paid acquisition (Meta, Google), search engine optimization (SEO), marketing automation, CAC and ROAS ownership, and deep analytics capabilities.

- Industry Exposure: Prior experience in Agri, D2C, or e-commerce domains is highly preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
