Organization Overview Support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for steel manufacturing organizations with responsibility for governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Role Purpose Drive governance and execution excellence across SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield programs through planning, reporting, risk management, and leadership communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain project plans, milestones, and resource trackers.
- Prepare governance reports and executive dashboards.
- Manage RAID logs and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate SAP functional, technical, and business teams.
- Support testing, cutover, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Track budgets, schedules, and KPI adherence.

Required Experience

- 2-4 years of SAP implementation/transformation experience.
- Minimum one Greenfield SAP implementation project.
- Minimum one Brownfield migration/conversion project.




- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
