Job SummarynThe Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving admission and revenue targets, managing and inspiring the counseling/sales team, improving lead conversion, and ensuring consistent business growth.
nThe ideal candidate should be a strong sales leader with excellent communication, team management, and closing skills, along with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenuen

- Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales, admission, and revenue targets.n
- Develop strategies to increase lead conversion and overall revenue.n
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from enquiry to admission.n
- Handle high-value leads and important student/parent interactions when required.n
- Drive effective follow-ups and maximize conversion opportunities.n
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and average ticket size.n
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.n

Team Managementn

- Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor Academic Counselors/Sales Executives.n
- Set individual and team targets and ensure timely achievement.n
- Conduct daily sales huddles, team meetings, and performance reviews.n
- Monitor individual KPIs, conversion ratios, follow-ups, and collections.n
- Train team members on sales techniques, counseling, objection handling, and closing.n
