About the Role
nAt 1Cell.AI, every case is a person navigating a cancer diagnosis. As a Patient Support Associate, you'll be their steady point of contact — owning each oncology case from order initiation to report delivery, and making sure patients and physicians always know where things stand.
nThis is patient-care coordination at the heart of precision oncology: part clinical coordination, part empathetic communication, part relentless follow-through. If you've supported patients or coordinated diagnostics before and want work that genuinely matters, this is it.
nWhat You'll Own

- n
- Manage oncology cases end-to-end — sample movement, lab coordination, and TAT trackingn
- Be the empathetic point of contact for patients through the full case journeyn
- Handle escalations and drive timely resolution of queries and concernsn
- Coordinate across lab, logistics, and clinical teams to keep cases movingn
- Keep every stage accurately and promptly updatedn

nWhat We're Looking For
n
- n
- 1-4 years in healthcare, diagnostics, oncology coordination,



patient support, or healthcare operationsn
- Degree in Genetics / Human Genetics / Biomedical Genetics / Diploma in Genetic Counselingn
- The emotional steadiness to handle sensitive patient and caregiver conversations with empathy, clarity, and composure — often at their most anxiousn
- Solid ownership, problem-solving, and cross-team coordinationn
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English + [Hindi/Marathi])n
- Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment (preferred)n
