We're Hiring | Online English Mentors – US Shift Company: codeyoung Location: Remote (Work From Home) Role: Online English Mentor Shift Timing: 2:30 AM – 8:30 AM IST (US Shift) Working Hours: 6 Hours/Day About the Role At codeyoung , we're on a mission to make learning fun, interactive, and impactful for young learners around the world. We're looking for passionate Online English Mentors who can make language learning exciting — from grammar and vocabulary to reading, writing, speaking, and communication skills . If you enjoy working with children and have a knack for making concepts simple and engaging, we'd love to have you on our team Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging online English classes to K-12 students . Teach English grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, reading, writing, and comprehension . Help students improve their spoken English, pronunciation, fluency, and communication skills . Conduct interactive activities to make language learning fun and engaging. Simplify grammar concepts and explain them in an easy-to-understand way.



Encourage students to participate actively and communicate confidently. Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills . Track student progress and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive, encouraging, and interactive virtual classroom environment. Ensure strong student engagement and meaningful learning outcomes. Eligibility Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Journalism, Literature, Communication, or a related field . Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication . Excellent spoken and written English skills. Solid understanding of reading comprehension, sentence structure, tenses, parts of speech, punctuation, and vocabulary building . Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and working with K-12 students . Prior teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or training experience is preferred. Comfortable working
