We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for ambitious, target-driven people who want strong exposure to sales, growth, and startup execution.
What You’ll Do
- Handle qualified patient leads and drive conversions
- Understand patient requirements and guide them through suitable treatment options
- Manage follow-ups across calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Own your monthly sales and conversion targets
- Work closely with Operations, Growth, and Leadership
- Contribute directly to the company’s revenue and growth

Who We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up ability
- Target-driven, ambitious, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who wants to grow into larger business and leadership responsibilities
MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
