Company Description Project SOLT is a fractional HR and Operations consultancy supporting fashion businesses and emerging brands as they scale. We partner with founders to build effective systems across hiring, people, HR processes, and day-to-day operations. Our adaptable, hands-on approach provides tailored expertise without the need for a full time HR function, helping growing businesses build structure while staying agile.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Senior Designers will lead design conceptualisation for ARQÉ's home décor and artisanal lifestyle collections and play a key role in the brand's exhibits, working closely with the founders on creative direction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualise and design home décor and accents collections in line with ARQÉ's brand aesthetic and vision including furnishings, runners, cushions, and accent pieces.
Work across Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and relevant AI design tools to develop concepts and collateral.




Translate design concepts into detailed specifications for artisans and Kargar's, ensuring craftsmanship and quality standards are met.
Contribute to and help execute the brand's exhibits and showcases.
Collaborate with the Project Coordinator and Junior Designers to ensure design timelines are met.
Present design concepts to the founders and incorporate feedback.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, or a related field.
2 – 4 years of experience
Prior experience in home décor or product design, with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and familiarity with AI design tools.
Robust sense of aesthetics aligned with luxury, contemporary home décor and craftsmanship-led design.
Comfortable working from the Dadar studio, full-time.
