Senior Data Ingestion Engineer / Fivetran Specialist:

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Ingestion Engineer / Fivetran Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in designing, building, and supporting enterprise-scale data ingestion solutions across non-SAP, SAP, on-premises, SaaS, and cloud-based source systems.

The primary focus of this role is non-SAP data ingestion using Fivetran, with particular emphasis on Oracle and other relational databases, APIs, SFTP/file-based integrations, and cloud/SaaS sources.

Fivetran & Non-SAP Data Ingestion:

- Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise data ingestion pipelines using Fivetran.
- Build Fivetran connectors for heterogeneous source systems, with particular emphasis on:
- Oracle | DB2 | Microsoft SQL Server | MySQL | PostgreSQL and other relational databases | SaaS applications | On-premises databases




- Cloud-hosted databases and applications
- Configure and manage initial/full loads, incremental loads, and Change Data Capture (CDC) ingestion patterns.
- Understand and implement Oracle-based CDC and incremental replication patterns using Fivetran.
- Configure secure connectivity between Fivetran and enterprise on premises/cloud source systems.
- Design ingestion solutions considering source-system impact, scalability, throughput, latency, security, reliability, and cost.
- Must have Non-SAP Data ingestion experience with 6 plus years.
- Valuable communication skills.
