- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a testing laboratory.

- Experience with laboratory testing and analytical methods as per IS, APHA, ASTM, and USEPA standards.

Job Summary

/n

The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of the testing laboratory, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of testing activities with applicable standards and procedures.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Manage and supervise day-to-day technical and testing activities of the laboratory.
/n
- Ensure proper implementation of testing methods as per IS, APHA, ASTM, and USEPA standards.
/n
- Review and approve test methods, procedures, and technical reports.
/n
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through appropriate quality control practices.
/n
- Monitor laboratory equipment, calibration,



maintenance, and performance.
/n
- Provide technical guidance to laboratory staff and resolve testing-related issues.
/n
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and laboratory standards , including ISO/IEC 17025.
/n
- Support internal and external audits, accreditation assessments, and technical evaluations.
/n
- Maintain technical records, testing procedures, and related documentation.
/n
- Identify opportunities for improving testing methods, laboratory efficiency, and technical capabilities.
/n

Required Skills

/n

/n
- Solid knowledge of chemical testing, analytical techniques, and laboratory methods .
/n
- In-depth understanding of IS, APHA, ASTM, and USEPA standards.
/n
- Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
/n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
/n
- Good team management and communication skills.
/n
- Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory doc
