Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Architect to lead enterprise-level test automation and quality engineering strategy for highly scalable and distributed systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise across UI, API, Data, Performance Testing, AWS and CI/CD. The ideal candidate should have experience designing scalable automation frameworks and driving quality engineering practices across large product-based organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Java and REST Assured
Define and drive end-to-end test automation and quality engineering strategy
Lead UI, API, integration, data and performance testing
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins
Lead AWS Data Lake, ETL and Data Warehouse validation
Design data validation and source-to-target reconciliation strategies




Define automation standards and conduct technical code reviews
Mentor and guide QA Engineers and SDETs
Drive adoption of modern and AI-assisted testing approaches
Work closely with engineering and product leadership on quality strategy

Basic Requirements
16+ years of experience in QA / Test Automation
5–6+ years of experience in Test Architect / QA Architect / Automation Architect / Principal-level roles
Solid hands-on expertise in Core Java, Selenium and Playwright
Strong experience in API Automation using REST Assured
Expertise in automation framework design and architecture
Solid experience with AWS and CI/CD
Mandatory experience in AWS Data Lake Testing – S3, Glue, Athena and Redshift
Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL, Data Warehousing and Data Pipeline Testing
Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins
Working knowledge of JMeter, Gatling or k6
