About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Lead to drive sales effectiveness, CRM governance, pipeline management, forecasting and performance reporting across the organisation.
The role will work closely with senior sales leadership and management to improve sales processes, strengthen visibility into business performance and ensure greater discipline across the sales organisation.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in sales operations, CRM management and analytics, along with the seniority and confidence to drive process adherence and accountability across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the organisation's CRM processes, governance and adoption
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer, prospect and pipeline data
Drive pipeline hygiene and adherence to defined sales stages and processes
Manage sales forecasting and provide visibility on expected revenue, risks and opportunities
Conduct regular pipeline and sales performance reviews




Develop and maintain sales dashboards, MIS and management reports
Analyse sales performance across teams, territories, channels and individuals
Track key sales metrics including lead conversion, pipeline movement, sales productivity and target achievement
Identify gaps, bottlenecks and revenue leakage within the sales process
Establish and improve sales SOPs, workflows and operating processes
Identify opportunities for CRM automation and process optimisation
Support sales target setting, territory planning and capacity planning
Work closely with Sales, Finance and senior management on revenue planning and reporting
Drive accountability for CRM usage, forecasting accuracy and sales process compliance

Required Experience and Skills:
3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy or a similar function
