Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution.
Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure clarity before execution.
Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
Manage project budgets, material planning, and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including DPR, WPR, MIS reports, and progress dashboards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and resolve technical issues.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for updates, approvals, and reporting.




Support procurement and contract management activities as required.

Key Requirements:

5 - 7 years of experience in construction/project execution roles.
Solid understanding of project management, construction workflows, and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
Experienced in Project Planning Tools (MSP / Primavera Preferred)
Positive Analytical , Problem Solving and coordination skills
Robust Communication Skills (Tamil Required ; English Mandatory , Hindi is a Plus)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
Willingness to travel across project sites in chennai or nearby locations.
