We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with solid SQL, Power BI, Excel, and business analytics skills to analyze data across our diamond and jewelry manufacturing operations and provide actionable insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze manufacturing, production, inventory, sales, purchase, costing, and financial data.
- Develop management dashboards, KPIs, MIS reports, and analytical reports.
- Analyze production efficiency, WIP, wastage, rejection, rework, and productivity.
- Analyze diamond, jewelry, metal, and gemstone inventory, including aging, movement, valuation, and slow-moving stock.
- Develop sales, margin, profitability, customer, and product performance analysis.
- Identify trends, anomalies, inefficiencies, and business opportunities.
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reports.
- Build interactive dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Automate recurring reports and reduce manual data-processing work.
- Integrate and analyze data from ERP, SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and other systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports.




- Work closely with Management, Production, Inventory, Sales, Finance, Purchase, and IT teams.
- Translate business requirements into effective data and BI solutions.

Required Skills

- 5-10+ years experience in Data Analytics / BI / MIS.
- Excellent SQL Server / T-SQL skills.
- Strong Power BI experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with large transactional databases.
- Positive understanding of data modeling and business intelligence.
- Ability to independently analyze data and present clear business insights.

Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is highly desirable:

- Diamond manufacturing
- Jewelry manufacturing
- Precious metals / gemstones
- Manufacturing / ERP systems
- Inventory and costing
- Production planning and WIP management
