Role Description The Senior Customer Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Daily tasks include responding to phone, email, and in-person queries, tracking and following up on customer requests, and coordinating with internal teams such as project management, site engineers, and sales to address client concerns. The role involves monitoring customer satisfaction, maintaining service records,



and recommending process improvements to enhance service quality.

Executive also supports escalations, guides junior team members, and helps implement customer service standards aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Proven experience in customer service and customer support, ideally in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated capability in customer service management, including handling escalations and improving service processes.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, with experience in tracking feedback and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced, project-oriented workplace.
- Basic understanding of construction or real estate operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field is desirable.
