We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant who will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout and after the moving process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers after their move to check on their overall experience and satisfaction.

- Conduct follow-up calls, gather feedback, and identify any customer concerns.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.

- Address customer questions, concerns, and service-related issues promptly.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are properly addressed and resolved.

- Provide clear, practical solutions while maintaining company standards and policies.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Encourage satisfied customers to provide reviews and referrals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities.

- Confident and professional on phone calls.

- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.

- Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.

- Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.

- Previous experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,589.11 per month
