About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant - System Management with hands-on experience in SAP BASIS Core and SAP system administration. The role focuses on technical operations, system monitoring, performance management, transport administration, client operations, and troubleshooting across SAP environments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining system stability, resolving operational issues, and supporting proactive system management activities.

The role involves monitoring critical SAP business transactions, analyzing ABAP dumps, update terminations, application logs, lock entries, and system performance issues. The candidate will also manage SAP runtime components, RFC and HTTP destinations, work processes, memory allocation, and ICM services.

The position includes SAP Notes implementation, SAP client preprocessing and postprocessing, certificate monitoring, transport management, and printer/output administration. The candidate will also support SSL configuration through STRUST and perform troubleshooting and corrective actions to maintain reliable SAP system operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor critical business transactions and analyze ABAP dumps, update terminations, application logs, and lock entries.
- Monitor system growth, manage Web Service Runtime (WSRT), and configure RFC/HTTP destinations using SM59.
- Manage work processes, user activity, memory allocation, and ICM services during system issues.
- Implement SAP BASIS Notes and other required manual corrections.




- Perform SAP client preprocessing and postprocessing activities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot SAP performance issues and monitor certificate validity.
- Maintain SAP Transport Management System (TMS), configure routes, and execute transports.
- Manage SAP printers and output requests, including troubleshooting through SP01.
- Configure STRUST for SSL settings and support SAP S/4HANA-related tasks for SAP Business Technology Platform.
