Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, joining, and exit documentation.
Support onboarding and induction processes for recent employees.
Assist in payroll inputs, salary sheets, and HR-related documentation.
Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR policies and general queries.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain proper personnel files.
Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work workplace.
Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate with employees, candidates, and management.
Positive command of English and Gujarati/Hindi.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Prior experience in the construction/PMC industry will be an added advantage.
