We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Chartering Manager to be based out of our Delhi office.

If you have a proven track record in the shipping and maritime sector, expertise in chartering operations, and a drive to optimize fleet performance, this prospect is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end chartering activities and commercial negotiations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, brokers, and clients.

Identify profitable chartering opportunities and analyze market trends.

Negotiate charter party terms, freight rates, and contracts.

Manage vessel deployment to maximize fleet utilization and profitability.

Requirements





Experience: 15+ years of proven experience in shipping and chartering.

Domain Knowledge: Strong expertise in dry bulk, tanker, or container chartering.

Skills: Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.

Network: Robust industry network and deep understanding of maritime market dynamics.

Note: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
