Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Kochi with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential exporters, entrepreneurs, and MSMEs, promoting EPIC Kerala’s training, mentorship, and incubation programs.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback on programs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, prepare reports, participate in events and outreach activities, and contribute ideas to strengthen EPIC Kerala’s export ecosystem initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and customer service.
Ability to understand and explain export-related programs, training offerings, and ecosystem support services.
