Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Specialist: SAP Solution Manager, you will design, implement, and maintain the SAP Solution Manager module to optimize SAP system landscapes, monitoring, and support processes. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:





Design and Configure Solution Manager Processes: Design and configure Solution Manager processes, including system monitoring, incident management, and problem management, to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Develop and Maintain Customizations: Develop and maintain Solution Manager customizations, interfaces, and reports to meet business needs and optimize SAP system landscapes.
Test and Troubleshoot Issues: Test and troubleshoot Solution Manager issues, identifying and resolving errors and inconsistencies to ensure smooth operation.
Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Solution Manager functionality and best practices to ensure effective usage.
Analyze and Optimize Processes: Analyze and optimize SAP system landscapes, monitoring, and support processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
