Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Career Counselor – Commission Based at HackHalt Cyber Intelligence Council. The Career Counselor will guide students and professionals exploring cybersecurity and related fields, helping them identify suitable learning paths, certifications, and career trajectories. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions,



assessing career goals, recommending appropriate programs, and providing ongoing career development support. The role involves managing a pipeline of prospective learners, maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to align guidance with current industry trends and HackHalt’s offerings. The counselor will also participate in virtual events, webinars, and outreach activities to increase awareness of cybersecurity career opportunities and HackHalt’s training initiatives.
