Role Description The Human Resources Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for advising leadership on HR strategies, designing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations. Day-to-day tasks include supporting employee relations,



conducting HR audits, managing performance and engagement initiatives, and providing guidance on organizational design and workforce planning. The consultant will collaborate with managers to resolve workplace issues, lead HR projects and interventions, and contribute to creating inclusive, high-performing teams. The role also involves preparing HR reports, recommending process improvements, and aligning HR practices with MetaZonix AI’s mission and values.
