Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Strength Trainer (Group Class) role based in Bengaluru HSR Layout . The Strength Trainer will lead group strength-training classes, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, correcting form, and ensuring participant safety throughout each session. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning structured workout programs, warming up and cooling down groups, monitoring progress, and adapting exercises to different fitness levels. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized training area,



educating participants on safe training practices, and collaborating with management to improve class offerings and member experience. The Strength Trainer is expected to support a positive, motivating environment that encourages consistency, discipline, and respect among all participants.
Qualifications
Experience in leading group strength-training or fitness classes, with solid knowledge of exercise science and secure training practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to instruct, motivate, and engage diverse groups of participants.
Ability to design and modify strength-training programs for different fitness levels and physical capabilities.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, professionalism, and creating a respectful training environment.
Relevant fitness or personal training certification (e.g., strength and conditioning, group fitness) preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
