Sberbank is looking for a highly proficient and experienced Credit Manager to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal Candidate will have a strong financial modelling skills besides understanding and practical expertise in credit analysis and client management.

Responsibilities

Develop financial models to forecast potential risks and returns for the proposed credit transactions.
Manage the credit assessment process for corporate clients and ensure timely decision.
Conduct detailed credit analysis and risk assessment for potential clients.
Review and prepare the credit opinions and gather all opinions from the branch departments for approval by relevant committees.
Comply with all the regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit management.
Develop new credit products and policies assigned to Credit Department.
Managing asset quality quality of the portfolio, monitoring delinquency.
Coordinating with the Middle Office for recording credit related transactions in the CBS, RBI reporting etc.
Actively participate in structuring of complex credit transactions,



Development of CBS system and other ancillary tasks.

Skills Required

10-12+ years of experience in managing large corporate clients, credit assessments and risk analysis.
Proven experience in credit management, credit analysis and financial modelling.
Proficient in handling large corporate clients.
Excellent skills in risk analysis and credit assessments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decision under pressure.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
