We are looking for a passionate and energetic Student Counselor who enjoys interacting with students and parents, guiding them through career decisions, and helping them enroll in programs that can transform their future.
Position Summary
The Student Counselor will be responsible for managing inquiries, counseling prospective students and parents, conducting follow-up calls, handling admissions, and achieving enrollment targets.
Most work can be performed remotely; however,



the counselor must be available to meet students and parents at our Kochi office whenever required.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

Contact all new inquiries promptly.
Respond to website, WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media leads.
Qualify prospective students.
Understand career goals.
Explain available courses.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Schedule counseling sessions.

Student Counseling

Help students understand:
Career opportunities.
U.S. Accounting industry.
Tax School curriculum.
Learning methodology.
Placement assistance.
Internship opportunities.
Expected salary ranges.
Career growth path.
Guide students toward selecting the right program.

Parent Counseling

Many enrollment decisions involve parents. The counselor should:
Explain course value.
Discuss career opportunities.
Address concerns.
Explain fees.
Explain payment plans.
Build confidence in BFG Tax School.
